Beginning this program you may have wondered how do people do it…how do they get in workouts, eat well, manage stress and more throughout the holiday.  By now you should have at least a portfolio of fitness and nutrition “tools” to help you stay healthy and fit no matter when, where or what obstacles come up (there are always exceptions.)

Action Items:

Determine which fitness and nutrition solutions really worked for you over the holidays…will these work just as well for you moving forward?  Now use these in future plans for overcoming individual hurdles and other bigger messes.
