I just wanted to do a quick video to say THANK YOU.   Also, to say that you should feel very proud of yourself just for being here.  I’m serious.  Many people speak about wanting to change, yet the majority never actually do much about their dissatisfaction.  That’s where you are different…the hardest part of any change is arguably the first step and you’ve done it; you’ve made a commitment to yourself.  And that you should be proud of.

I feel honored to be helping you and so many people in a program that is life-changing for women. So thank you, congratulations and welcome!

  • Read your initial nutrition breakdown and workouts.  Each week within the FB group keep your eyes peeled for the weekly challenges and weekly Accountability checks titled “Roll Call”.
